Guarantee Terms

1. All claims for returns must be made in writing (e-mail) within 14 days of delivery.
2. *Dry firewood is less than 30% moisture content on average as per a calibrated moisture meter.
3. The KILN DRIED firewood must be returned in its original packaging.
4. The return must be accompanied by the original Batch Tag(s).
5. All firewood must be stored indoors or adequately covered outdoors. Exposure to moisture voids guarantee.
6. Guarantee does not apply to discounted items, Northern Cut KD, or non-Kiln Dried products.
7. All refunds will be made via company check within 10 days of return restocking.
8. Refunds will be made for the unused product purchase price.
9. Stacking fees and delivery charges are non-refundable.
10. Pick-up dates of returned firewood are at the sole discretion of L.I. Firewood.
11. Exchanges will be made within 7 days of return.
12. An LIF Claims Representative must visit your home to determine the validity of the return.
13. One return per household.
14. This guarantee is at the sole discretion of L.I. Firewood and only those aforementioned terms will be honored.
